A
Certified Life Coach, Relationship and Money Coach, Bonnie During her 14 years as a Creative Arts Therapist at the Duke University Psychiatric Hospital, Bonnie created the groundbreaking Duke Medical Center Arts and Crafts Employee Wellness Program that became a model for others. She has brought her vision of "making work fun through innovative methods" to Southwest Airlines, SAS, General Electric and other corporations nationwide. When Duke University cut back on its in-patient psychiatric and employee wellness services, Bonnie was faced with the difficult and challenging transition that would compell her to redefine her relationship to herself and to the "work" she was called to in mid-life. Bonnie found that she wanted a "hand-crafted life," one based on her own values that would inspire others to do the same for themselves. Drawing upon her entrepeneurial skills, she designed a personal life vision for herself that led her to becoming a certified coach and creating Transition Works in 1999.
Through her own life journey, and in witnessing the journeys of others, Bonnie believes that any life transition works. It works to ripen life in ways that may have never been imagined. And transitions demand work-- work in the form of the courage and commitment it takes to change. Transition Works, The Center for Creative Transformation and The Creativity Palace are where life, relationship and money coaching happen-- where you dive into your own self-discovery, awareness, creative expression and life intention. If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and dig in, Bonnie will be with you to create your own life realization action plan. She'll bring compassion, creativity, spirit and humor (and an occasional bowl of home-made chicken soup from grandmother Molly "Bubbe" Kaplan's secret recipe). All you need to bring are the colors and textures of your own life experience. Bonnie earned her Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CCPC) training and certification at The Coach's Training Institute in San Rafel, California.
